Q1. Why the collar does not spray or beep when the dog barks?

(1). Maybe the collar lacks citronella spray (Not contain citronella spray at first), please fill the citronella spray correctly.

(2). Maybe the collar does not pair with the remote to use “Remote control mode”,please pair them together.

(3). Maybe the sensitivity is too low, so it can’t sense the bark of dogs. Please adjust the sensitivity of the collar to the HIGH level.

(4). The RED LED light will flash 1 time per 5 seconds when it’s low spray (Don’t mistake it for low battery). And The RED LED light will flash 1 time per second when it’s low battery.

Q2. How to fill the citronella spray?

Turn off the collar first, set the collar on a flat surface with the refill port turned upwards. Hold the refill spray can upright and Vigorously and Firmly (important) press the nozzle down into the refill port until you feel a sinking. Hold down Vigorously and Firmly for 15 seconds and then release. (Watch the teaching video for detail.)

Q3. How to pair the remote control and receiver collar to use the “Remote control mode”?

Must be within 10 seconds after turning on the collar (very important), press and hold on the “Dog 1” or “Dog 2” button on the remote until hearing 5 “beep” sound from the receiver, then they are paired.

Q4. How do I know that I should refill the spray?

It can hold 25~35 sprays per full refill. We suggest that full refill the spray before use every time.
